Do I need to store the Petals in a Freezer or refrigerator?

No! The term Freeze dried refers to the process in which they have been preserved very similar to that of Food. Simply store the petals in the shipping carton within a cool dry dark place such as a cupboard or wardrobe.

How long will my Freeze dried petals last?

For many months! When stored as advised. They are wilt-free and do not degrade or shrivel up. We pack our Freeze dried rose petals with a desiccant to ensure they will remain fresher for longer.

Are the Freeze dried petals Biodegradable?

Yes! Our petals are natural and 100% biodegradable. Perfectly safe to be used outdoors and will simply return to nature after use. Environmentally and Venue friendly!

How far in advance should I order my Freeze dried petals?

We like to receive notification of your order at least 1 month before the special event, even earlier so we may secure your preferred colour choice. That said we do hold a stock of all of our colours to ensure we can assist at all times and those last minute rush orders.

Are your Freeze dried petals Venue friendly?

Quite simply yes, due to the benefits of the freeze dried rose petal - less likely to stain, non-slip and Eco Friendly. However we do recommend you always check first with your chosen venue. We are always happy to contact your chosen venue should they need more information.

Can we take your Freeze dried petals and paper products overseas?

Yes we do supply our products outside of NZ and often our clients will have a destination wedding. We are careful to pack products securely so they will fit within their luggage without being damaged in transit. We also supply a Customs Declaration Invoice that travels with our products. Our Freeze dried rose petals are 100% natural, although we do not sell them for direct consumption.
