An eco-confetti shower like no other makes history

History was made in NZ on 19th August 2013 with the legalisation of Same sex weddings and we were humbled to be part of this historic event at NZ’s 1st ceremony held at Rotorua Museum.

We thoroughly enjoyed the lead up to this event where we hosted a morning tea at Church Confetti residence for the lovely Brides & Grooms to-be, along with the cast and crew of 20/20 who were filming every step of the wedding process.

On the big day we released 80L of Eco-confetti from the mezzanine of the museum, covering the newly wedded couples and their guests.

"Dear Ruth,

Richard and I would like to say a BIG thank you as you are such a kind amazing person who made us feel very welcome to your home and seeing you the night before the wedding really made us feel good as we knew we were in good hands. The rose petals on the wedding day looked so beautiful they made our wedding look so elegant. When the petals rained from the above mezzanine down on us as we walked back down the isle together it was like we were in a royal wedding and I love it and I will always remember this moment.

Thank you so much Big Richard & Little Richard (Aug 2013).
